To ensure we are Covid-Secure, we have carried out and taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety of you and our team.

Social Distancing!
Of course, we are following all the government guidelines to ensure that when you are in our venue you can socialise at a safe distance from others whilst still having a great time! Our venue is large, spacious and has been adapted to ensure groups can stay socially distanced.  We have reduced the capacity in our activities to allow for safe distancing.

Cleaning!
We’re operating a tight cleaning schedule to ensure all key areas of our venue are thoroughly cleaned. Hand sanitisation stations will be available on entry at the main doors and  on entry to each activity. Equipment will be cleaned after session.

Safety of Staff!
Our team’s safety and wellbeing is super important to us as they make your experience epic. We’ll be giving our team the option to wear PPE such as masks or visors whilst they are working, protecting them with screens and they will be of course washing their hands regularly. All our team are given training and supported.

Pre booking is mandatory for our activities. It’s quick and easy to book online and we recommend you pre book before coming to avoid disappointment.

Please check the terms and conditions for the activity before booking as age limits apply to some activities and some timings.

Soft Play is for age 0 – 8, adults must supervise children using the soft play frame.

Age limits also apply to Laser Tag, Mini Golf and Axe Throwing.

Please arrive for your activity at the time stated on your ticket – no earlier as you may be asked to wait due to the venue capacity!

Simply report to our team at the counter so they can check you in for your activity and direct you to your area.

OH YEAH!

Students – 10% discount. You’ll just need to use the code stu during the booking process. Please note: you will be required to bring a valid student ID upon arrival. 

Blue Light workers –  10% discount for any occupation that’s under the Blue Light Scheme i.e. NHS staff, emergency services,  Please use code blu during the bookings process to redeem this discount. You’ll be asked to show some form of proof upon check in such as your Blue Light

Military/Veterans – 10% discount..  Please use the code mil or vet during the booking process to redeem this discount.  Please bring your military ID upon arrival.

Pre booking is recommended so make sure you plan ahead to avoid disappointment! We can accept walk ins subject to availability

Do what you can to get to us, as soon as possible and our team will do their best to accommodate your booking.

We have a tight time schedule for our activities and we will try our best to slot you in at a later time but only if we have availability.

You can buy an additional ticket for the same time slot on the same activity but only if there is availability.

We may offer a refund if you give us 7 days notice prior to your booking.

We can also change time slots if you give us 24 hours notice and is subject to availability only.

We do not offer refunds or rebookings if you are asked to leave our venue, for more information please see our Terms & Conditions.

Unfortunately not, however you can try to book additional tickets at the same time but this is subject to availability.
