Blue Light workers – 10% discount for any occupation that’s under the Blue Light Scheme i.e. NHS staff, emergency services, Please use code blu during the bookings process to redeem this discount. You’ll be asked to show some form of proof upon check in such as your Blue Light
Military/Veterans – 10% discount.. Please use the code mil or vet during the booking process to redeem this discount. Please bring your military ID upon arrival.

We kindly ask that outside food and beverages not be brought into our venue, as we provide a selection of food and drink options. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, our Party Package include a private room where you are welcome to bring your own cake! Explore our packages to make your event effortless and enjoyable.

Social Distancing
Our venue is spacious and can be adapted to ensure groups can stay socially distanced. We can reduce the capacity in our activities to allow for safe distancing.
Cleaning
Hand sanitisation stations are available on entry to each activity. Equipment is cleaned after session.

Axe throwing is the only activity that requires a waiver to be signed. You must be 18+ to sign a waiver and sign on behalf of anyone under the age of 18. All participants and viewers must sign a waiver each.

Do what you can to get to us, as soon as possible and our team will do their best to accommodate your booking.
We have a tight time schedule for our activities and we will try our best to slot you in at a later time but only if we have availability. If we are unable to offer you a later time slot refunds do not apply
You can buy an additional ticket for the same time slot on the same activity but only if there is availability.
We may offer a refund if you give us at least 48 hours notice prior to your booking.
We can also change time slots if you give us at least 48 hours notice and is subject to availability only. No changes allowed within 48 hours.
We do not offer refunds or rebookings if you are asked to leave our venue, for more information please see our Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately not as we are restricted by capacity. You can book additional tickets at the same time but this is subject to availability.
You do not have to book the arcade. The arcade is open from 11am.
Yes, you can pay with cash! You’re welcome to visit us as a walk-in, subject to availability, or stop by to make a booking for a future date. Please note, however, that we are unable to reserve spaces without payment. All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Tickets cannot be shared, as each ticket is valid for one person only.
We are located right in the city centre! Closest car parks are West Street Car park (1min walk) and Tesco Bewell Street Car Park (1min walk)
