To ensure we are Covid-Secure, we have carried out and taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety of you and our team.
Social Distancing
Our venue is spacious and can be adapted to ensure groups can stay socially distanced. We can reduce the capacity in our activities to allow for safe distancing.
Cleaning
Hand sanitisation stations are available on entry to each activity. Equipment is cleaned after session.
Pre booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. It’s quick and easy to book at www.matrixhereford.co.uk
Please check the age restrictions before booking as age limits apply to:
Laser Tag, Mini Golf. Ping Pong and Axe Throwing.
Please arrive for your activity at least 10 minutes before to allow time to check in
Report to our team at the counter who will check you in for your activity and direct you to your area.
OH YEAH!
Students – 10% discount. You’ll just need to use the code stu during the booking process. Please note: you will be required to bring a valid student ID upon arrival.
Blue Light workers – 10% discount for any occupation that’s under the Blue Light Scheme i.e. NHS staff, emergency services, Please use code blu during the bookings process to redeem this discount. You’ll be asked to show some form of proof upon check in such as your Blue Light
Military/Veterans – 10% discount.. Please use the code mil or vet during the booking process to redeem this discount. Please bring your military ID upon arrival.

Do what you can to get to us, as soon as possible and our team will do their best to accommodate your booking.
We have a tight time schedule for our activities and we will try our best to slot you in at a later time but only if we have availability. If we are unable to offer you a later time slot refunds do not apply
You can buy an additional ticket for the same time slot on the same activity but only if there is availability.
We may offer a refund if you give us at least 48 hours notice prior to your booking.
We can also change time slots if you give us at least 48 hours notice and is subject to availability only. No changes allowed within 48 hours.
We do not offer refunds or rebookings if you are asked to leave our venue, for more information please see our Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately not as we are restricted by capacity. You can book additional tickets at the same time but this is subject to availability.
