If you’re visiting Hereford you have to pay a visit to Matrix for some axe throwing. My other half had always wanted to try it so we did! Jamie was great when we came in asking how to book, he was really friendly and helpful advising us to book online and check out some of the bundle offers etc. We we returned the next day, Ali got us set up with the Axe throwing, helping us with some hints and tips on hitting the target and was just friendly and chatty. We also had a go at the mini golf, which was fun (could do with some more interesting obstacles though) The whole place was a lot of fun, and not ridiculously over priced. They had a good selection of drinks and some food, the little arcade had some great games including the 2p slot sliders!It was just an all round great experience (so great in fact we went back the next day to do some MORE axe throwing - yeah, the other half REALLY enjoyed it

Friendly staff (thanks for looking after us Jamie!), nice venue. Three of us did axe throwing for an hour - there's various games to play (standard targets, ducks, zombies and more). Venue is fun and energetic, well stocked and staffed. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic time we’ve had today. Can’t remember the last time we had so much fun in a couple of hours. Something for all ages. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Drinks and snacks so reasonable. We can’t wait to visit again soon

Chloe, Jamie and the rest of the team were fantastic and incredibly accommodating! We had so much fun playing lazer tag, mini golf and ping pong. Delicious drinks, fun arcade.... tbh its the best thing thats come to Hereford since... forever!Highly reccomend a visit! X

The staff are really friendly, made us feel welcome. The mini golf course is fun under the UV lights, while the Arcade is small it’s still got some fun games there, 2 air hockey tables, whack a mole, a pinball machine and many more, will definitely be coming here again

A great time axe throwing today ! Jamie our instructor was fab! Aimee at the service desk was very welcoming! Can highly recommend the hot chocolate! Great time had by all!

Booked the zombie laser tag party package for my sons 9th birthday and all the boys had a fantastic time. Jamie did a brilliant job looking after the boys in the arena and was also attentive to us making sure we had everything we needed for when they came out. All the staff we came across were excellent, very happy, welcoming and easy to talk to, nothing was too much and always smiling which is great! Brilliant afternoon. would defiantly recommend!

Fantastic experience at The Matrix. The boys enjoyed Lazer Tag, Mini Golf and the VR. In particular a big thank you to Ali, who made our adventure lots of fun. Great value for money.

visited today with my 2 kids for laser tag for the first time and really enjoyed it. staff are very friendly and helpful and we had lots of fun. Will be returning soon

Had great fun today playing mini golf and having a go at axe throwing. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and our axe throwing instructor, Emma, was particularly fantastic. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Took the Mrs Axe throwing last weekend and she was hopeless to start with but after some pointers from Jamie she vastly improved. great venue and staff 5 stars from me
