Spent 2 hours alone at the (very cozy and comfortable) bar just having a great time and talking to the super friendly staff. Ali was the best host. Bless your soul. Hope you get all your dreams in life, you wonderful person. Thank you for putting up with us. ❤️ It was a super lovely first proper time having a gander at the place. Can't wait to visit again.

Group of 4, 1st visit and was thoroughly impressed with the price and facilities.We tried our luck at a walk in booking for axe throwing and got an earlier slot than the website had which was awesome.The price was great for the time we had (roughly an hour) but they were not in a rush for us to finish so could have stayed much longer.Bar was next to the axe throwing area and we were allowed to drink and had a laugh with the staff.The staff were all extremely helpful and introduced us to the axe throwing area.We were hosted by Jamie who showed us the ropes and the set up and gave plenty of tips and advice. His patience with semi drunk lads on a birthday outing was very impressive!The games were on an interactive projection over a board with a selection of different style point scoring or themed games.We stuck to the standard as the others seemed a bit advanced for our shoddy aim.All in all a great place for a small group and would definitely go back to have another go.

Had a brilliant time at Matrix, played mini golf and all really enjoyed ourselves. Service was amazing, especially Emilee who made the experience even more fun and special. Great business, will definitely be going back soon.

I visited today with my three grandchildren what a fabulous venue. We did the golf today but we shall be back to experience the other activities. We really enjoyed ourselves so much and staff were excellent friendly and helpful. The whole experience was fab and another bonus it was so reasonable. Thank you for a great time. Nanny Mo. And the little monsters. Only joking. 😊😊😊

We had a great time axe throwing & playing on the mini golf course. The instructor was very helpful & friendly when taking us for the throwing. Definitely will be back to do more!

Booked the zombie laser tag party package for my sons 9th birthday and all the boys had a fantastic time. Jamie did a brilliant job looking after the boys in the arena and was also attentive to us making sure we had everything we needed for when they came out. All the staff we came across were excellent, very happy, welcoming and easy to talk to, nothing was too much and always smiling which is great! Brilliant afternoon. would defiantly recommend!

I recently went to Matrix as part of a works night out and it was great fun. We did laser tag which was really sweaty so definitely recommend spare clothes in you plan on going out after. The guy who took us for laser tag was Jamie who was a great laugh and really kept the funs atmosphere up. They also have a really nice bar at the back with axe throwing. Nice to have something in Hereford actually worth doing

Extremely friendly and efficient staff (which is, IMO, the foundations of a successful business). My partner and I each had a coffee, both were made extremely well. The soft play is small but great for our 21 month old. she loved it. we will be returning.

Great fun in the indoor lazer chamber , enjoyed the axe throwing too ! Very reasonable priced . Caters for young children with many options including crazy golf highlighted with illuminous lighting . Suitable for autism children. 👍🏽 they also have snack food and drinks .
